As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing restaurant operations, including product production, inventory, personnel, sales, marketing, and financial performance.

Qualifications and Requirements:

A minimum of a High School Diploma
Minimum 3 years of management experience in a QSR restaurant facility
DRESS CODE: Business Casual or Uniform required by QSR
Must be detailoriented
Must have excellent Customer Service and Employee Relations skills
Must be able to perform under pressure in highvolume situations
Must be capable of standing for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Must be able to work in and out of different temperature ranges
