    Job purposeReporting to the VP, Strategic Accounts Unit (within ES), this position is focused on developing new RWS solutions and selling these to a portfolio of global Tech sector giants with significant existing business and relationships.

    Objectives Meet revenue objectives established for the Strategic Accounts portfolio of customers leveraging consultative selling approaches.
    Develop and expand RWS opportunities and solution footprint with new groups within existing customer base.
    Support divisional and cross-divisional selling opportunities.

    Utilizing established contacts, and/or conducting cold calls, partnering with account leaders as needed, execute business development activities to meet revenue objectives.

    Provide strategic input and expert guidance on business development tactics that can be used to communicate and differentiate RWS' offerings.

    Suggest, develop, direct and coordinate supplemental marketing/inside sales activities to meet revenue and pipeline development objectives.
    Support corporate marketing activities as required at trade shows, webinars, training events, and other corporate focused events.
    Job OverviewKey Responsibilities Identify prospective projects and groups within customer portfolio with existing business.
    Close business to meet or exceed individual revenue targets.

    Follow up sales leads within an agreed period and follow stated guidelines to qualify to opportunity, qualify out or pass back to field marketing.

    In coordination with Account Management team, manage the sales cycle required to secure new business with clients; from first call, through negotiation to close.

    Direct pre-sales resources to positively support opportunities. Develop convincing presentations and materials customized for the needs and opportunity.

    Proactively work a list of target groups as well as identify new opportunities within a geographic or vertical or solution area.

    Engage in client facing sales activities to secure new business wins and coordinate with Marketing as appropriate.
    Effectively utilize the internal resources available to exceed revenue targets.
    Positively promote RWS services and products at all times.
    Work with account-based marketing to inform and steer appropriate campaigns.
    Always maintain a good awareness of global account and marketing activities in operation.

    Endeavor to keep all customer information updated for reporting purposes and provide sales forecasts as defined by RWS.Adhere to corporate branding guidelines in all proposals, emails and general communications.

    Manage opportunities in Salesforce.comSkills & ExperienceProven consultative selling experience, within the information technology sector. AI data service and solutions experience is a plus.
    Experience with, and understanding of, business process outsourcing in technology, business strategy, globalization services, data analytics and/or AI services.

    Strong creative, analytical and listening skills to generate new solutions and value for our customers, generating new revenue streams for RWS.Ability to communicate with integrity and credibility and build trusting relationships with others.

    Experience accessing and selling to senior leader contacts.
    Must value the customers success as much as your own.
    Willingness to travel as needed to meet objectives.
    Base Pay$120,000 - $190,000 / year Actual rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to:
    position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other perks, as outlined in any formal offer made.
