Hessen Economic and Infrastructure Bank (WIBank), are the development bank of the state of Hessen and part of the Helaba Landesbank Hessen Thüringen.

With various funding programs, we support Hessen in a variety of ways. We are active in structural, economic, social, and housing development. As the development bank for Hessen, we feel a special responsibility to act in a socially responsible manner.

Therefore, sustainability issues such as energy efficiency, environmental and resource protection, as well as the sustainable social and economic development of the state of Hessen are essential aspects of our funding programs.

  • You make credit decisions based on your expertise. In individual cases, you coordinate with the responsible ministries.
  • You take on the professional (supervisory) role of the employees in the group, make decisions within the scope of funding business, and support the employees in the care and advice of major customers.
  • You support the group management in fundingspecific topics.
  • You fully represent the group management in their absence.
  • You take on special tasks to support the tasks of the Housing and Urban Development Department.
  • You have a degree in economics or a banking apprenticeship with qualified further education.
  • You have extensive knowledge in (real estate) lending. Previous experience in funding business is advantageous.
  • You have a confident demeanor and negotiation skills.
