The German Psychotherapists Association (DPtV) represents the interests of psychological psychotherapists and child and adolescent psychotherapists as a professional association.

With 23,000 psychotherapists, the DPtV is the largest representative body for psychological psychotherapists, child and adolescent psychotherapists, and psychotherapists in training and further education in Germany.

The DPtV is committed to the continuous development and recognition of the profession and field of psychotherapy.

The national office of the professional association, the German Psychotherapists Association (DPtV), is located in Berlin-Tiergarten near Potsdamer Platz. This is where all organizational matters come together.

The staff of the national office provide members with legal and psychotherapeutic expertise in all matters related to their professional lives, create interesting and helpful information materials, and organize various events.

We are currently seeking a
part-time (28 hours/month) temporary administrative assistant to support our
national office in Berlin. This position is based on a mini-job contract and is available
immediately.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Providing comprehensive and competent advice to our members and interested parties on all matters related to their membership.
  • Supporting organizational processes in the national office, including incoming and outgoing mail and daytoday tasks.
  • Assisting with telephone communication in the area of association management with members.
