To further expand their success at their Frankfurt location, we are looking for an experienced lawyer (m/f/d) in the field of tax law.


Your responsibilities:

  • As an experienced lawyer (m/f/d) in the field of tax law, you will work in international corporate tax law and tax planning. You will also provide advice during tax audits and represent clients in financial court proceedings. Additionally, you will be involved in crossborder and multinational tax M&A and private equity transactions.
  • You will also provide advice to our clients, which include national and multinational companies, mediumsized and family businesses, wealthy individuals, financial institutions, institutional and private investors, insurance companies and brokers, private equity and venture capital funds, public sector companies, as well as foundations and nonprofit organizations.
  • Working closely with our colleagues in our global offices, we provide advice on both local and national tax matters, as well as crossborder or multinational tax issues.

Your profile:

  • Aboveaverage exam results
  • Professional experience is desirable
  • Fluent in English ideally proven through a stay abroad
  • Good knowledge of PowerPoint
