    firstPRO is now accepting resumes for a Helpdesk Support role in Cambridge, MA. This is a 1+month contract and onsite.

    We are looking for someone to come in and help with the cleaning and re imaging of desktops and the transition from Windows 10 to 11.

    • Physically uncable desktops, move to staging rooms, clean and organize cables.
    • Reimage all desktops to add EDR and Active Directory
    • Transition from Windows 10 to 11.
