Key Responsibilities:
- Addressing and resolving desktoplevel repair tickets promptly
- Conducting proactive maintenance on client computer systems
- Managing monitoring systems and alerts, and refining alert thresholds as needed
- Oversight of client Office 365 licenses and subscriptions, including updating license reports
- Onsite service ticket resolution and project management
Desired Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and documentation
- Strong customer service orientation, with daily client communication
- Ability to collaborate effectively in both team and independent settings
- Proficiency in working with ticketing and dispatch systems like ConnectWise Manage, Autotask, or similar platforms

Pay:
$60, $75,000.00 per year
