    Role Overview:
    We are in search of a dedicated Customer Service Representative/Account Manager. This position requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office products, outstanding problem-solving skills, and schedule flexibility. Please note that this is not a sales position.


    Responsibilities:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

    Actively participate in customer retention through empathetic listening, policy review, and appropriate escalation of issues.

    Assist in claim processing and resolution.

    Understand billing systems in relation to policy coverage, and communicate policy premium impacts to customers.

    Prepare insurance forms/documents, answer phones, process mail, assist customers, perform scanning and photocopying tasks, and handle insurance check processing.

    Maintain accurate customer contact information.

    Adapt quickly to new insurance platforms and processes.


    Qualifications:
    A willingness to learn, be resourceful, and accept coaching.

    An upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.

    Proficiency in multi-tasking, following through, and following up.

    Professional phone etiquette and excellent customer service skills.

    Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to handle stressful situations tactfully.

    Experience in any of the following areas is a major plus: trucking dispatch, trucking accounting, trucking permits.


    Experience:
    Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)

    Data entry: 1 year (Preferred)

    Trucking industry services: 1 year (Preferred)


    Education:
    High School or equivalent (Preferred)

    Work

    Schedule:
    Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

    Overtime availability is preferred.

    Salary &

    Benefits:
    Up to $35.00 per hour.
