RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cultivate and nurture customer relationships with regular follow-ups
• Offer Property, Casualty, and Life Sales and Service to both new and existing customers
• Deliver timely, accurate, and friendly customer service, including addressing inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claims, and billing
• Foster enduring and fruitful customer connections

• Sales experience, preferably in Property and Casualty insurance
• Proven track record in managing customer relationships
• Keen interest in tailoring products and services to meet customer needs
• Strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms, as well as attentive listening abilities
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
