Responsibilities:

The Mercedes-Benz Logistics Center Nuremberg is an important component in the manufacturer's own parts logistics in Europe.


As the second stage of the supply chain, it serves as the link between the central warehouse, the Mercedes-Benz Global Logistics Center in Germersheim, and the customers.


Together with the other major wholesale locations in Germany, the logistics centers in Cologne, Hanover, Reutlingen, and Mainz, it ensures the fast and smooth supply of parts to branches and service facilities in Germany and some neighboring countries.

**What to expect: - As a Master (m/f/d) in Operational Processing, you will be responsible for a master's office within the parts management department

  • You organize the master's office according to economic and quality criteria with the aim of providing the best possible supply to our customers in Germany and abroad
  • You lead your employees according to the principles of leadership and cooperation
  • You manage and plan the personnel deployment in your area of responsibility according to the required capacities
  • In addition, you take responsibility for the appropriate qualification and further development of your employees as well as their occupational safety
  • You optimize processes, identify potentials, and implement changes together with your employees and colleagues from other departments

Qualifications:

**Ideally, you bring the following: - Completed master's training, preferably in the field of logistics

  • Successful completion of the Master Development Program (MEP)
  • Proficient in MS Office, as well
