  • The job:
  • First and foremost, you will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of our delicious dishes
  • the open kitchen is your stage, and our guests will see your passion for your job and the team.
  • You will assist in coordinating work processes, always having an open ear for your team as a representative of our kitchen manager.
  • You will ensure the application and compliance with HACCP guidelines, as they are essential in our restaurants.
  • In the absence of the kitchen manager, you will be responsible for the entire kitchen team and serve as a contact person for our management.

That's you:

  • You have successfully completed training, ideally in system gastronomy, as a chef, or have comparable professional experience in a leadership role.
  • You are a wellbalanced and resilient person with high social competence.
  • Empathy and team spirit are your top priorities.
  • You have leadership skills with a handson mentality.
  • Organizational and product planning are not new to you.
