We are currently seeking a Head of Finance and Accounting (M/F/D) for our finance department within the RhönSprudel Group at our location in Ebersburg.

Key Responsibilities:

Overall responsibility for the finance and accounting department with 6 employees at two locations in Germany
Ensuring timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, as well as the consolidated financial statements according to German GAAP (HGB)
Conducting consolidation entries at the group level
Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Participating in budgeting and supporting the group planning process
Managing the group chart of accounts and serving as the internal expert for accounting questions
Preparing analyses and reconciliations (e.g. actual/budget/previous year comparisons)
Managing and reconciling intercompany transactions
Optimizing and standardizing processes in finance and accounting
Planning and supporting various projects in finance and accounting, as well as participating in crossfunctional projects
