Full Time: 35-40 hours/week, with benefits
Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities? If so, LAUNCH invites you to join out team as a Direct Support Professional for our Community Habilitation program.
About the Role
As a Direct Support Professional, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in our Community Habilitation program. This vital program offers one-on-one or small group services designed to cultivate independent living skills both at home and within the community.
LAUNCH is different than other agencies As a LAUNCH DSP, you will be scheduled for and will be paid for the number of hours you are hired for. We will help find additional clients for you to support if your client cancels. Other agencies don't provide that support to their staff All work in the community working on skill building, no personal care or dispensing of medicine required. Flexible hours to work around your schedule.
