- Manage team of Quality Inspectors and Quality Engineer(s)
- Ensuring shipped products meets all customer requirements
- Completion of First Article Inspection
- Maintenance of KPC compliance The Quality Manager will be responsible for daily tasks including;
- Being the Customer Interface including new initiatives and investigations
- Working on Quality continuous improvement projects
- Asking deeper questions to ensure root cause - Mistake Proofing
•Supporting compliance of special processes - Meeting customer and industry compliance Culture
