    Join Design Group as an Electrical Engineer, PE to work with industry experts, solve challenging problems, and deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.

    What You'll Do

    • Design power distribution, motor control, and lighting systems for industrial facilities
    • Review and approve electrical designs for power distribution systems
    • Collaborate on construction projects with architects, engineers, and contractors
    • Manage electrical design specifications and drawings
    • Mentor junior professionals to become knowledgeable in electrical distribution systems
    • Estimate design budgets and schedules
    • Lead projects through design phases and present progress to clients
    • Review and approve contractor submittals, conduct site observations, and verify installations
    • Make a daily impact with your expertise and strengthen client relationships

    What You'll Bring

    • Minimum of ten years experience in power distribution, lighting systems, controls, and more
    • Extensive experience in industrial facility projects focusing on quality, cost-effectiveness, and safety
    • Ability to lead teams and execute large capital projects
    • Experience with design/build projects and facility document control systems
    • Proficiency in technical communication and collaboration with other engineering disciplines
    • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and active PE license
