    Join our dynamic and rapidly growing. We're actively seeking an Insurance & Benefits Associate to bolster our team. This role is pivotal, ensuring optimal risk management and benefit coverage across our growing portfolio companies. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented individual with outstanding communication skills.

    Insurance & Benefits Associate Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate risk and benefit coverages, suggesting cost-effective insurance strategies.
    • Assist in annual renewal assessments, ensuring prudent risk management.
    • Support portfolio HR and finance teams with industry insights and best practices.
    • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all insurance and benefit arrangements, including broker relationships.
    • Explore efficient allocation options for human and risk capital.
    • Cultivate strong ties with third-party brokers and portfolio company leadership.

    Insurance & Benefits Associate Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
    • 2-4 years of insurance or benefit brokerage experience in finance services.
    • Proficiency in managing multinational or multi-location benefits and risks.
    • Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Ability to thrive in independent, fast-paced environments.
