Competitive Salary of $92K annuallyThe Clinical Supervisor ensures quality service and high professional standards by demonstrating advanced clinical practices, provision of clinical supervision and case consultation, developing a continuous learning environment, disseminating evidence based practices, developing self and employees for success and high performance, and leading quality performance initiates.
Clinical Supervisor oversees an adult outpatient CCBHC team with a focus on female consumers with justice involvement, substance use, mental health and co-occurring disorders.
Team will provide a combination of office and/or field-based services with potential transportation of clients using agency or personal vehicles as determined by needs of consumers and/or program.
*Mileage reimbursement provided*The Clinical Supervisor assigns caseloads and oversees supervision of clinical staff within a CCBHC model of care. It is with this work that we form fellowship with our clients, that are very well known to us; since they have been a part of our program for 16+ months.
Providing the opportunity to offer lifetime clinical and supportive services through our Continuing Care/aftercare program and see the transition of our clients from start to success.
In addition, this role does carry a bit of flexibility to build a schedule to adhere both to the needs of the program and the supervisor, through flex time or a modified work schedule due to after-hour commitments also being a part of this position.
Family & Children's Services works to heal hurting and abused children, strengthen families, and provide hope and a path to recovery for those battling mental illness and addiction.
You will be working in an innovative and dynamic environment using a new transformative model of care Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC).
This model is characterized by innovative, team-based approach and whole person care for adults and children with a range of complex mental health and substance use challenges.
