Responsibilities of a Sales Representative:


  • Directly interact with potential consumers overturning any concerns and elaborating on services that will meet their needs within a specific budget
  • Develop sound relationships with customer base based upon clear communication, mutual trust, and the ability to exceed customer needs
  • Consistently exceed client and team expectations, and stay ahead of the competition by analyzing market trends and offering innovative, creative, and effective sales solutions
  • Coordinate with supervisors and sales management staff to organize activities for higher productivity on sales production
  • Ensure services are delivered in a manner consistent with client and company standards
  • Lead by example while demonstrating our company values of recognition, respect, responsibility, and most importantly trust
  • Works directly with the client to understand, represent and drive sales revenue

Qualifications of a Sales Representative:


  • High School diploma or equivalent is ideal
  • Experience in client facing roles, Customer Service, Business Development, or Sales
  • Professional appearance and courteous demeanor
  • Ability to organize and plan time effectively
  • Natural ability to prioritize and undertake individual or team projects
  • Strong work ethic with a thorough commitment to success
  • Excellent conflict management and communication skills
  • Ability to delegate, lead, coach, develop, and motivate fellow sales team members

Pay:
$ $1,300.00 per week


Compensation package:

  • Bonus opportunities
  • Commission pay

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
