Overview of the Customer Service Representative Role:

Assisting customers in person to identify their needs and recommend suitable products/services for increased satisfaction
Completing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, customized to each customer's requirements
Providing customers with pricing details, promotions, delivery schedules, and any necessary information
Upselling additional products/services as needed to meet customer needs
Participating in training sessions and virtual meetings to stay updated on client sales, promotions, and product changes
Approaching each customer with empathy, professionalism, and courtesy to deliver solutions
Supporting fellow team members in exceeding customer acquisition and sales goals
