    Description
    The Administrative Assistant provides basic accounting administrative support and property management duties. Specific responsibilities include

    • Answer and route incoming calls including recording maintenance issues from tenants
    • Receive customer payments and enter into QuickBooks
    • Collection calls to customers and file evictions at local Magistrates office when necessary
    • Assist with payroll & billing preparation including new hire paperwork is completed.
    • Conduct weekly timesheet collection and review for accuracy. o Distribution of paychecks. o Present checks to be signed by authorized personnel
    • Enter all invoices received by mail email and fax and vendor statements in Quickbooks
    • Incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
    • Assists with office maintenance programs and special projects as directed
    • Tax filings (monthly quarterly)
    • Year-end reports for taxes i.e print out all reports required to file taxes
    • Assist and conduct rental property showings and processing rental applications
    • Reconciliation of all accounts using QuickBooks
    • General reporting and reconciliation of petty cash and review of checking accounts
