Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) for our Department of Traffic Law at the earliest possible date:
Your responsibilities:
- Comprehensive administrative work related to the planned expansion of fiber optic infrastructure by Telekom
- Issuing trafficrelated orders for work in public streets
- Granting exemptions according to traffic regulations
- Providing opinions on permits for heavy transport
- Supporting work in the department
Your profile:
You have completed training as an Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) or have successfully completed the first level of the Civil Service Training Program.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the willingness to quickly acquire extensive knowledge in relevant legal areas are required, as well as a valid driver's license.
