YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- General administrative secretarial tasks (including processing incoming and outgoing mail, forwarding phone calls and emails, filing)
- Schedule appointments with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Place and process orders
- Invoicing
- Scheduling for the entire department
- Conducting supplier meetings
- Obtaining and comparing quotes
WHAT WE EXPECT:
- Completed training as an office communication/management clerk
- Previous experience in a secretarial role preferred
- Excellent and uptodate MS Office skills
- Friendly and courteous demeanor with strong communication skills
- Integrity, loyalty, teamwork, and the ability to work independently and in a structured manner are essential
- Strong initiative, resilience, and social skills.
