This center consists of 8 inpatient units and outpatient areas.

The position at a glance


As part of the center management team, you will lead and organize the nursing areas of CharitéCentrum 14, taking into account the overall objectives set by the executive board and center management, as well as the strategic and operational guidelines of the nursing directorate.

You will ensure professional, patient-oriented, and resource-oriented care on all units and continuously develop it.

You will participate in performance-based staffing needs assessment in the nursing service and deploy staff according to needs and economic considerations.
