- Responsible post-sales technical support of the field instruments (pressure, temperature, flow, wireless, and mobile field device management software, i.e., FieldMate).
- Assist end users and their sales channel with various technical support issues, including configuration, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Help build and maintain customer trust in company products by providing the expertise needed to resolve various technical issues promptly as they arise.
- Work closely with sales and product management to learn and understand customer applications and their use of these products.
- Become an expert technical resource that can assist with product training and help customers achieve the full benefits of these products
- Well organized and excellent communication and time management skills.
- BS in Engineering preferred, or trade school or military with industry experience.
- Possess an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
- 1-5 years of previous experience in technical support or related industry application engineering and sales support experience preferred.
