    Telecom Installation tech needed in DFW, TX

    Contract job going to various locations in the metroplex. Gas paid..

    MUST HAVE:

    • Connecting and monitoring -48V DC (direct current) power distribution systems
    • CISCO server experience replacing, installing, powering up, testing etc..

    Preferred

    • AA/AS degree or Technical Certification in related discipline desired (Technical Operations)
    • 1 year experience in troubleshooting layer I, II & III networks
    • Prior commercial installation experience; technical support experience
    • Pre-stages equipment per work order in preparation for installation at the Fulfillment Stage Center.
    • Works with customer on integration of complex circuits such as BGP, EPLAN, EVPLAN, etc.
    • Assists with initial turn-up of CPE equipment.
    • Performs other duties specified by FE&O Leadership
    • Tests and verifies services in conjunction with the install team.
    • Performs AS-BUILTS to Access Engineering, Design and Construction
