    We are looking for a Human Resource Business Partner / Payroll Specialist to join our team. Join us now!

    What you will do:

    - Use Paycom to manage and process weekly payroll accurately and address employee inquiries promptly.

    - Compile payroll reports, analyze data, and provide suggestions for enhancements.

    - Ensure completion of daily HR tasks for the site, ranging from administrative to strategic responsibilities.

    - Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations at all levels.

    - Collaborate with vendors for leave programs and handle paperwork and disability claims when necessary.

    - Develop onboarding programs and educate new hires and managers on HR policies, procedures, and laws.

    - Keep physical and digital employee files up to date with documents, benefits, and attendance records.

    - Develop employee engagement strategies, secure budget approval, and kickstart activities.

    Your qualifications:

    - Proficiency in Spanish and English.

    - 3-5 years or more of HR experience in payroll, benefits, employee relations, and development.

    - Strong verbal and written communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and attention to detail.

    - Previous experience with Paycom is advantageous.
