    We specialize in providing high-quality products and services to our clients in the Middle East region. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Warehouse and Operations Manager to join our dynamic team.


    Job Overview:

    The Assistant Warehouse and Operations Manager will be responsible for assisting the Warehouse and Operations Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse and distribution center.

    This role requires a hands-on approach and strong leadership skills to ensure smooth and efficient operations.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in managing the daytoday operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products.
    • Collaborate with the Warehouse and Operations Manager to develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
    • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
    • Oversee the picking and packing process to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
    • Train and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring high levels of productivity and motivation.
    • Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
    • Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to fulfill orders and resolve any issues.
    • Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and monitor warehouse performance.
    • Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and implementing corrective actions as needed.
    • Prepare and present reports on warehouse operations to senior management.
    • Manage logistics and distribution of products to various customers
    • Manage team schedules Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or operations management role.
    • Proven experience in inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Proficient in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.
    • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
    • Valid Qatar driver's license.
