    **Description**

    Starkey is looking for a **strategic, detail-oriented Manager of Retail Marketing Operations** to drive the integration of Retail Marketing activities and processes across all customer-facing consumer marketing activities. This role brings together all parts of Retail Marketing, including Digital, Creative Services and Sales, to advance established business objectives and deliver superior results for Starkeys customers. The individual in this role will lead a team to identify needs, define solutions, implement and manage scalable technology platforms and processes across multiple departments. You will work closely with the Director of Retail Marketing to define operational strategies designed to maximize the efficiency of local marketing activities across multiple departments.

    **Requirements:**

    Bachelors degree required; marketing degree preferred

    8+ years of marketing operations or comparable business experience in a corporate marketing or agency environment; demonstrated leadership of multidiscipline, high performance work teams/groups

    **Our manager of retail marketing operations will:**

    Manage the Retail Marketing Operations team, defining team goals & objectives, managing daily activities & output, coaches and develops team members and manages team performance and alignment with organizational strategies

    Act as a key contributor to the Retail Marketing Leadership team, working cross-functionally to define and adapt organizational processes to address resource and organizational challenges

    Define needs for technology and other solutions to solve business problems. Identifies and prioritizes opportunities based on business need and works collaboratively with other managers to implement and adopt change

    Create and manage integrated solutions to report on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact

    Create scalable processes to deliver effective and efficient results

    Establish processes to effectively manage proper billing and accounting of Retail Marketing programs

    Manage vendor relationships as appropriate in areas of focus

    **Additional details:**

    Daily direct supervision and development of Retail Marketing Operations team members

    Indirect management of Retail and Digital Marketing team members to ensure adherence to established best practice processes

    Experience with Wrike Project Management preferred
