We are WaterWorlds Bochum GmbH - a subsidiary of the city of Bochum. Together as a team with around 100 employees in the pools and administration, we are there for our guests.

With a total of 3 indoor pools, 2 outdoor pools, and our competitive sports pool, we offer our guests a wide range of activities in the areas of sports and leisure.

With innovations and modernizations, we aim to set further accents in the coming years for swimming and water fun in the heart of the Ruhr area.

Responsibilities:

You will manage the operational business and optimize operational processes in close coordination with the management
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with and enforcement of legal regulations
You monitor economic guidelines, the personnel budget, and shift planning
You identify and review current market trends for implementation possibilities at WaterWorlds Bochum and provide important input in collaboration with other departments

Candidate Profile:

You have completed vocational training (technical or commercial) and/or a relevant degree
In addition, you have several years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the pool and leisure industry
You have a cooperative and convincing leadership style and lead your team in an open, positive
