    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Operations Manager to oversee the operational aspects of our institute. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in operations management, preferably in the education or training sector, and a proven track record of enhancing operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and execute the daily operations of the institute, ensuring seamless operational continuity and the efficient delivery of educational programs.
    • Develop, implement, and personally execute operational systems, processes, and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness across all business areas.
    • Actively manage and execute sales, marketing, lead generation, and business development strategies to boost product awareness and demand. This includes hands-on involvement in crafting campaigns, analyzing market trends, and directly engaging with key initiatives.
    • Collaborate with the CEO and CAO to align operational and tactical goals with the institute's strategic business objectives.
    • Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective services while also overseeing the logistical execution of agreements.
    • Monitor performance metrics across all areas of responsibility, directly intervening to make adjustments and improvements as needed.
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies, including taking a hands-on approach to maintain standards and practices.
    • Hire, lead, train, motivate, and support a diverse team, fostering an environment of collaboration and accountability, where you are actively involved in executing projects and achieving goals.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the education, training, or related sector.
    • Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to lead cross-functional teams.
    • Strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient in using modern business management software and tools.

    What We Offer:

    • Competitive salary 65-75k a year plus performance bonsues (Total OTE $100k-$120k) and benefits package.
