    A solar developer are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead all engineering efforts for their utility-scale solar and solar + storage projects.

    This person will oversee project design, optimization, and compliance with regulatory standards.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies for new projects.
    Utilize CAD software to develop and modify project designs.
    Optimize designs for maximum energy output and efficiency.
    Collaborate with vendors and contractors on engineering plans and specifications.
    Manage project design lifecycle from concept to construction.
    Ensure all designs meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
    Coordinate with internal teams to align project designs with overall goals and timelines.
    Implement and maintain quality control processes for project designs.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
    Minimum 7 years of industry experience, preferably in solar project design.
    Proficiency in CAD software and PVsyst for energy production modeling.
    Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
