    Join Greenberg Traurig's Atlanta office as a Marketing and Client Management Assistant

    The Marketing and Client Management Assistant role involves collaborating with GT Client Connect and Marketing Department teams to enhance client relationships and deliver exceptional client service. Here's what you'll be doing:

    • Supporting account teams and assisting with strategic execution
    • Implementing a client-centric service plan focusing on strategic priorities and enhancing relationships
    • Handling various client relationship activities including RFPs, client events, and marketing efforts
    • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver an excellent client experience
    • Building a deep understanding of clients' businesses and industries
    • Assisting with day-to-day tasks to support Relationship Managers and Shareholders
    • Tracking and sharing external events and thought leadership for industry groups
    • Managing marketing resources for industry groups and supporting events
    • Assisting with experience tracking and preparing award submissions

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
    • Effective interface with personnel at all levels
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Flexibility and adaptability
    • Strong client-first work ethic
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree required
    • 1-3 years of marketing and business development experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Experience in a law or professional services firm preferred
