The Caritas Association for the District of Karlsruhe - Ettlingen District Association is a welfare organization of the Catholic Church that is active in many areas of social work, with a focus on the southern district.

For our facilities, the Horbachpark Senior Center in Ettlingen with 130 resident places and approximately 120 employees; the St.

Martin Senior Center in Rheinstetten with 80 resident places and approximately 50 employees; and the Albtal Social Station in Waldbronn with 150 patients and approximately 20 employees, we are looking for you
to join our team at our two senior centers as soon as possible.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Participation in ensuring the design and implementation of a churchcharitable facility philosophy
Decisionmaking and implementation of admissions in consultation with the nursing management
Open and trusting cooperation with the resident council
Ensuring availability for family members, legal guardians, etc.
Organizing events for family members and caregivers
Supervision of subordinate managers
Participation in the implementation of all personnel decisions in coordination with the department management
Ensuring personnel needs assessment and development of staffing plans
Conducting regular meetings to ensure transparent decisionmaking and processes
Ensuring economical management of operations
Implementation of the budget according to the guidelines of the department management and the sponsor
Implementation of legal requirements (hygiene, fire protection, etc.)
Maintaining contacts and exchanging information
