Do you want to actively participate in the city development of Nettetal? Then join the team of the Department of Urban Development and Construction as a Landscape Planner (m/f/d).

Your main tasks include:

landscape planning and species protection support for municipal urban development planning, including the preparation of environmental reports:

development and implementation of impact and compensation calculations/measures and provisions in development plans:

coordination and technical support for external landscape planning and species protection services:

participation in the development and implementation of climate protection strategies and climate adaptation strategies in urban planning:

coordination with the Lower Nature Conservation Authority at the Viersen district:

statements on landscape plans and green space plans:

conceptual development and continuation of the city's ecological compensation account:

advice on and review of open space and outdoor area plans in building consultations/building permits

Your qualifications:

proof of a successfully completed scientific degree in landscape planning, landscape management, environmental planning, or a comparable qualification.
