Job Title:
Deputy Nursing Station Manager (m/f/d)


Your Responsibilities:


Assistance in management tasks, including:

  • Ensuring appropriate psychiatric care for the station
  • Appropriate personnel planning, management, and development
  • Quality assurance and further development of the station concept in consultation with the station manager
  • Planning, organizing, coordinating, and evaluating work processes
  • Promoting employee motivation and teamwork
  • Ensuring and conducting competent practical training and guidance for nursing apprentices and interns

Your Profile:


  • Threeyear degree in nursing or health and nursing care or geriatric psychiatry or psychiatry specialization
  • Ideally, experience in leadership and completion of a course for station management, or willingness to complete the training with our assistance
  • Professional experience in psychiatric/psychosomatic nursing
  • High social skills
