- Ownership of Content Production Calendar:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive content production calendar.
- Coordination of content projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within scope.
- Manage the Content Monday boards to track all ongoing projects.
- Coordination with Other Departments:
- Collaborate with other departments to align content production efforts with overall organizational goals.
- Adjust deadlines and priorities as necessary to accommodate changes in strategy or business needs.
- Identify and escalate project issues or roadblocks to the appropriate stakeholders and collaborate on solutions to keep projects on track.
- Provide regular updates to all departments on the status of different content projects.
- Management of External Vendors:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors, including venues and independent contractors.
- Work with HR/Finance to onboard external vendors.
- Ensure that external vendors adhere to project timelines and deliverables.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the department budget to ensure that all budgetary requests and invoices are submitted on time and following company policies.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies in content production processes.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

- Must be local to Los Angeles.
- 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in content production management or project coordination, preferably within a content production environment.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and serving as the point of contact between multiple departments.
- Project management certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, preferably
- Proficiency in GSuite and Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with esports, entertainment, and pop-culture.
- Ability to work effectively and supportively with teammates. Ability to prioritize organizational and/or team priorities over individual needs, seeking out win-win situations wherever they exist.
- Strong active listening skills with an emphasis on understanding. The artful ability to deliver clear and logical thoughts in response.
- Ability to critically think on the fly and adjust behavior and solutions to the situation at hand.

- The wage range for this role incorporates the multiple factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $67,000 - $70,000.

What We're Looking For:
Cloud9 is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Content Production Manager to support our Content team in the planning and execution of various content projects. The Content Production Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing the content production calendar, collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment, and overseeing external vendors. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This role will report to the Creative Director, Video, and work closely with the Cloud9 Marketing, Social, Partnerships, Graphics, and Team Operations departments.
