Overview:
Entry level position Full time position Responsibilities: Handle front office reception and customer inquiries. Schedule and manage calendars. Operate multi-line phone, emails, and other customer correspondence. Manage incoming and outgoing emails. Facilitate internal communication among different departments. Organize meetings, appointments, and maintain the office calendar.
