    Description


    Ecolab, the global leader in premium cleaning, sanitizing and maintenance products and services for the hospitality, institutional and industrial markets is seeking a Production Team Coach.

    This role is responsible for working with departmental leaders to develop and implement actions to meet plant goals and deliverables.

    This position will coordinate processes, equipment and people to maintain continuous flow of product and services.

    What You Will Do:
    Plan, initiate, and assist with training of operators. Assist in cross-training workforce on standard procedures.
    Provide direction and issues work assignments for other team members Identify safety hazards through safety audits and initiatives.

    Recommends corrective actions Ensure team is meeting all safety, productivity, and quality goalsEnsure constant communication with management on daily activities and challengesEnsure all personnel on the shift are performing required transactions completely and accuratelyTroubleshoot process problems and develops improvements Assume responsibility for shift in supervisor's absence Ensure all documentation is completeAssist in preventative maintenance and repairs of system operations Assist in manufacturing schedule optimization and updates for shift change Lead and actively participates in Kaizens, 5S, TPM, and special projects Ensure completion and integrity of all documentation Other duties as assignedPosition Details:

    Plant location:
    Greensboro, NCWork week and shift: Monday-Friday 6a.m.- 2:30 p.m. - Overtime as needed Compensation package offered: Depends on

    Experience Minimum Qualifications:
    High School diploma or GED2 years of Ecolab plant experience or previous plant experience in a related fieldNo immigration sponsorship offered for this role

    Physical Demands:
    Must be able to lift/carry 50lbsMust be able to pass a drug screen and physical exam

    Preferred Qualifications:
