- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance of manufacturing equipment and facilities.
- Lead, train, and mentor maintenance staff to enhance their skills and ensure adherence to safety protocols and best practices.
- Coordinate with production managers to schedule maintenance activities that minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and address any maintenance issues or potential hazards.
- Manage maintenance budgets and expenditures to optimize resource allocation and minimize costs.
- Source and procure necessary parts, tools, and equipment for maintenance activities, ensuring timely availability and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify opportunities for equipment upgrades or modifications to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment manuals, and inventory levels.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and regulations to create a safe working environment for maintenance staff and other employees.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging technologies to continuously improve maintenance processes and systems.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and best practices.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to maintenance emergencies as needed.

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance activities within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, technical expertise, and a strategic mindset to ensure the efficient operation of our equipment and facilities.

The role will be on-site at our manufacturing plant in Greensboro, NC. Hours will be Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm ET with some work required outside of typical hours on an as-needed basis as our plants run 24/7.
