Responsibilities

  • You will support Italian customers from order acceptance to delivery
  • You will handle customer inquiries and requests in Italian
  • You will assist the sales management and sales representatives in Italy
  • You will participate in organizing trade fairs and trainings
  • You will create and maintain customer master data
Profile

  • You have completed a commercial education and ideally have some experience in customer service
  • You have a strong customer and service orientation
  • You are proficient in using MS Office
  • You have excellent knowledge of Italian and German
  • You are characterized by teamwork, resilience, and commitment
