Your responsibilities will include:

Building and maintaining relationships with casting directors and employers:

Proactively reaching out to new producers and casting directors and offering tailored solutions to meet their individual needs.
Assisting employers in effectively utilizing our system.
Utilizing various communication channels, including phone support and inperson meetings. Also attending events and film festivals to promote StagePool's services.
Creating visually appealing job postings and ensuring consistent and highquality representation on the StagePool website.
Bringing your own ideas to the table, continuously improving processes, and developing standards.
Working to increase the number of job postings.
