- General administrative support to the F&B team, could include communication with venues, suppliers, scheduling meetings and collecting information.
- Facilitate the administrative process of menu updates, including work with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure timelines are met.
- Review materials such as menus and SOPs for accuracy prior to release to venues.
- Assist with F&B systems maintenance (Crunchtime & iAuditor).
- Help the F&B team with venue engagement through coordination of monthly calls and online engagement.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management (Preferred)
- 3 years of proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, and Adobe (Required)
- 3 years of cross-functional department collaboration (Required)
- 3 years of supporting F&B programs in a multi-unit restaurant, entertainment venue, hospitality, or related industry (Required)
- 3 years of performing in high-pressure and time-sensitive deliverable environment (Required)
- 3 years of strong communication and organizational skills (Preferred)
