    Job DescriptionWe are looking for highly self-motivated individuals with extreme attention to detail, a desire to help people and is eager to learn and grow with our Agency as we take it to the next level.

    Claims Manager Responsibilities:
    • Diligently review reports to ensure that no errors have been made in the appraisal process.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, company policy and guidelines.
    • Provide assistance to claims adjusters to manage the volume of cases.
    • Oversees the claims department to ensure they are following up as needed.
    Claims Manager Requirements:
    • High school diploma.
    • Experience in a related field preferred.
    • Sound administrative and organizational skills.
    • Great attention to detail.
    • Good interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication.
    • Bi-lingual a plus.
