    Position Summary:

    Arctic Industries presents a unique opportunity for a dynamic and strategic marketing and sales-minded professional to spearhead our company's expansion efforts and drive revenue growth in the Arctic and Store it Cold (CoolBot) business units. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented leader with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful growth strategies in manufacturing or a related industry. They will possess exceptional analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to identify and capitalize on market and vertically-focused opportunities. The key strategic goals will be digital and traditional lead generation focused on vertically specific campaigns. Product, Placement, People, Price: materials, collateral, landing pages, scripting, lead generation, and conversion will be some of the critical daily practices applied, in addition to direct support of the sales teams and e-commerce software packages.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Develop Growth Strategies: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive growth strategies to expand Arctic Industries' market presence and increase revenue streams
    • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
    • Product Development: Collaborate with product development teams to identify and prioritize product enhancements or new offerings that align with market demand and customer preferences
    • Strategic Guidance: Optimize lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention
    • Sales and Marketing Alignment: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of growth strategies with sales objectives and marketing initiatives
    • Partnerships and Alliances: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances with key industry players, distributors, and suppliers to expand market reach and drive business growth
    • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth initiative
    • Team Leadership: Contribute to a high-performing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive team success and achieve growth objectives
    • Blue Collar Marketing: Field studies, client, dealer, vendor interaction, channel studies & focus groups
    • Collaborate: Interact effectively with multiple teams, including product development, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment and execution of growth strategies
    • Perform other duties and take on additional responsibilities as requested

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Fluency in Keyword and Responsive Search Ads and an understanding of the digital marketplace
    • Self-directed and continued education in the digital PPC and SEO field
    • Strong strategic and analytical skills that translate data into actionable growth
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
    • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive market and drive results
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • A self-starter with a strong work ethic
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and dynamic business environments

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
    • Proven track record of at least five years in a leadership role driving digital and organic growth initiatives within a manufacturing or related industry

    Language, Physical, and Travel Requirements:

    • Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English is required
    • Proficiency in spoken Spanish is beneficial
    • Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
    • Occasionally lifting weights of up to 25 pounds
    • Travel 5-15% with spontaneity and short notice on occasion
    • Weekend and evening hours will be semi-frequent scheduling components
