- Facilitate Workshops: Organize and lead Kaizen events, 5S workshops, and other continuous improvement activities to engage employees at all levels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as production, quality, and engineering to ensure alignment and support for improvement initiatives.
- Change Management: Drive change management efforts by effectively communicating the benefits of continuous improvement and gaining buy-in from stakeholders.

- Educational Background: Holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
