Description

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Medical-Technical Laboratory Assistant (MTLA) as Head of Department to join our laboratory at the DRK Hospital Clementinenhaus in Hawkinsville, GA.

This is a full-time, permanent position starting as soon as possible.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:


  • Planning and managing staff deployment
  • Cooperative teamwork and goaloriented leadership
  • Coordination, organization, monitoring, and development of work processes
  • Process analysis and autonomy in process development
  • Collaborative development and implementation of innovative strategies
  • Participation in oncall duty

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:


  • Completed training as a Medical-Technical Laboratory Assistant (MTLA)
  • Experience in leading a team in this field
  • Familiarity with the guidelines of the German Medical Association for quality assurance in laboratory medicine (RiliBäk)
  • Independent, conscientious work ethic with a focus on quality and flexibility
  • Friendly demeanor and enjoyment of teamwork
  • Willingness to work night and weekend shifts
