We are looking for
For the service department at our Leipzig center, we are looking for a
Facility Management Employee (m/f/d).


What to expect

  • Regularly inspect buildings and their facilities, operating systems, and workshop equipment for condition, function, and readiness for use, or have them inspected by experts
  • Address identified deficiencies through repairs or replacements and, if necessary, coordinate with superiors and, if applicable, central departments to commission external companies
  • Independently plan, organize, and complete assigned tasks according to urgency and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Ensure proper execution of assigned tasks, supervise and instruct external companies, and accept completed services
  • Contribute to the setup of new operating systems and equipment and acquire knowledge for future maintenance and repair work
  • Maintain technical systems and building components, as well as maintenance contracts in the "Spartacus" software
  • Verify invoices in terms of costs and scope of services in comparison with cost estimates
