Responsibilities

  • You will support our clients in projects related to corporate management and economy through executive compensation.
  • You will design incentive systems that promote the implementation of business strategies and longterm, sustainable company development.
  • Together with experts, you will develop governance and compensation systems that contribute to achieving company goals.
  • You will work in project teams to support clients in strategic organizational and transformation projects, such as IPOs or M&As.

Requirements

  • You are driven and ambitious, and have a desire for a career in consulting.
  • You are interested in analytical topics and have a knack for strategic and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • You are detailoriented and have a constructive team spirit.
  • You have a Master's or Doctorate degree with aboveaverage success, and have studied a program with analytical/quantitative focus, such as economics, finance, mathematics, psychology, social sciences, natural sciences, etc.
