    Attività:
    Nell'ambito della Direzione Information & Communication Technology, ricerchiamo un profilo di application manager da inserire nella funzione Competence Center Sistemi di Planning, all'interno dell'area Corporate.
    La figura professionale ricercata verrà inserita in un team e sarà responsabile dei nuovi sviluppi informatici e della gestione Application Management Service AMS

    (correttiva/evolutiva)

    attinenti alla funzione Planning Performance & Investments (PPI) del gruppo Edison. La mappa applicativa a supporto dell'area, in fase di evoluzione, è basata principalmente sull'utilizzo del sistema Tagetik.
    La risorsa si occuperà di presidiare le seguenti attività:

    • Gestione degli interventi evolutivi e dei progetti che nascono in ambito PPI sui sistemi e processi di competenza

    • Attività di continuous improvement per migliorare il livello generale di efficienza ed efficacia dei sistemi (evoluzioni volte all'ottimizzazione delle funzionalità disponibili)

    • Coordinamento delle attività inerenti le operazioni societarie del gruppo Edison (Acquisizioni, Cessioni, Fusioni ecc) per quanto attiene agli impatti su tutti i sistemi della funzione corporate

    Nel dettaglio le aree di intervento sono:

    • Raccolta requisiti per la realizzazione di funzionalità ed evoluzione dei processi sui principali sistemi a supporto dei processi PPI

    • Trasformazione dei requisiti di business raccolti in requisiti tecnici per la gestione delle evoluzioni dei sistemi in ambito

    • Interfaccia tecnico/funzionale verso i fornitori nello sviluppo di nuovi progetti/interventi evolutivi, per quanto riguarda gli aspetti applicativi dei sistemi

    • Valutazione tecnico/economica delle soluzioni prospettate dai fornitori

    • Software selection di eventuali soluzioni necessarie per le attività progettuali

    • Sviluppo di progetti multisistema e ottimizzazione dei sistemi della Funzione, con l'obiettivo di integrare efficacemente tutti i sistemi presenti nella mappa applicativa corporate-PPI

    • Interfaccia con i vari dipartimenti aziendali coinvolti (Demand, Infrastruttura, Architettura, Quality/Security, Business Units)

    • Conduzione di meeting progettuali di stato avanzamento lavori e raccolta dei requisiti

    • Sviluppo di competenze nella presentazione ed esposizione di progetti realizzati insieme al team

    • Gestione e monitoraggio dei fornitori nelle fasi di progettazione e sviluppo applicativo

    • Gestione delle attività di collaudo e passaggio in produzione di interventi evolutivi/nuovi progetti affiancando gli utenti nell' esecuzione dei test funzionali (coordinamento fornitori, definizione finestre di disservizio etc.)

    • Gestione esercizio dell'applicativo in termini di governance delle attività dei fornitori

    • Verifica avanzamento delle attività di correttiva e valutazione bontà degli interventi strutturali proposti
    La figura professionale ricercata dovrà interfacciarsi sia con le diverse funzioni della stessa direzione ICT che con i clienti interni. Dovrà inoltre gestire la delivery delle soluzioni tecnologiche e coordinare i fornitori esterni in tutte le fasi di analisi funzionale/tecnica, stima e pianificazione degli interventi, test integrati, collaudi, deploy e post-deploy. del sistema di pianificazione e controllo. Dovrà quindi essere in grado di:

    • Comprendere i modelli di controllo delle varie funzioni di business , partecipando all'analisi dei processi per comprendere come ottimizzarli sfruttando la tecnologia Tagetik

    • Modellizzare il software Tagetik così da adattarlo ai processi di Controllo Gestione

    Requisiti:
    Competenze e conoscenze informatiche
    Una pregressa esperienza lavorativa (2-4 anni) in aziende medio grandi del settore o in società di System Integration costituiranno titolo preferenziale.
    Titolo di studio richiesto:
    Laurea in discipline

    tecnico/scientifiche,

    con preferenza ingegneria o scienze informatiche.
    Requisiti richiesti:

    • gradita conoscenza degli standard di gestione progetti e gestione servizi (PMI, Agile, ITIL)

    • gradita la conoscenza di applicativi a supporto dell'area PPI, in particolare dell' EPM Tagetik.

    • gradita conoscenza dell'ERP SAP S/4Hana: in particolare dei moduli Finance (FI, CO, PS etc..).

    • gradita conoscenza dei processi Finance (Contabilità generale, controllo di gestione, ciclo passivo, ciclo attivo etc..)
