    This confidential company is strategically bringing on a highly technical Architect. Leading our talented team of design engineers in developing cutting-edge integrated circuits (ICs). The technical leader in this position will have first-hand involvement in diversification as the organization ventures into new products and markets outside of its traditional spaces.

    Role

    • Define the architecture and specifications of advanced integrated circuits (ICs) to meet performance, power, and area (PPA) targets, in alignment with product requirements and market trends
    • Collaborate internally across multi-functional engineering teams (architecture, design, validation, testing, and applications)
    • Lead the development of chip-level design concepts, including partitioning, floor planning, and resource allocation, to optimize performance, power, and area trade-offs
    • Direct hands-on work defining customer products, shaping solutions to meet market trends
    • Translate the needs of customers to multiple internal engineering groups to forward industry standards
    • Influence senior leaders for key strategic decision-making
    • Develop and drive next-generation technology roadmaps

    Qualifications

    • BS/MS/Ph.D. (Electrical Engineering)
    • 10+ years of relevant industry experience in IC design/architecture
    • Deep understanding of semiconductor design principles, methodologies, and tools, with expertise in RTL design, synthesis, and timing closure
    • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and methodologies, such as Verilog/VHDL, SystemVerilog, UVM, and ASIC/FPGA synthesis tools
    • Relevant company backgrounds include Apple, AMD, NXP, Qualcomm, Nvidia, Google, Meta, Texas Instruments, etc.
